Haryana Police disclosed five arrests on October 2 over an alleged September 21 abduction attempt at Gurugram’s Galleria Market, UNI reported.
The Times of India corroborated the October 1 arrests. Police said men entered a parked car, threatened its occupant with a pistol and tried to force him to drive.
Investigators allege the attempt was intended to pressure his father over a property transaction. That motive remains a police account; the reviewed reports do not establish guilt or include the accused’s response.
