The Enforcement Directorate on October 1 disclosed provisional attachment of 211 properties valued at approximately ₹646.58 crore in its Pancard Clubs money-laundering investigation. ABP News and IANS reported the agency’s announcement. ED said the action took the total value attached in the case to about ₹700.89 crore.
The properties include offices, hotels, resorts, agricultural land and homes across several states and a Union Territory. The agency alleges that a corporate network raised investor funds through holiday-membership and room-night schemes, then diverted money into assets. These are ED’s allegations; the latest attachment is provisional.
The money-laundering inquiry followed a Mumbai police case. Thursday’s disclosure should not be confused with an earlier overseas-property attachment in 2025. The reviewed reports did not include a response from the affected entities to the latest action. They also did not announce a new repayment distribution to investors or a conviction. Further investigation and legal proceedings remain relevant to the final outcome.
