Kozhikode police reported an arrest and recovery of 600.21 grams of suspected MDMA from a lodge. PTI’s October 3 report dates the search to Friday night, October 2.
The operation involved the district anti-narcotics team and Medical College police. Officers said they were investigating the drug’s source.
The report said a court appearance was planned for Saturday; its outcome was not available. The seizure account remains a police allegation, not a conviction.
