Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan launched the MSME Compliance Calendar 2027 at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India’s foundation-day programme in New Delhi on October 4. The Vice-President’s Secretariat confirmed the launch in a same-day release, and IANS reported it separately.

The event took place at Bharat Mandapam to mark ICSI’s 58th Foundation Day. Radhakrishnan urged company secretaries to support transparent governance and protect the trust placed in businesses by investors and the public.

He said advances in artificial intelligence and data analysis did not remove people’s responsibility for integrity and accountability. He also called for more opportunities for young people to enter the profession, recognising ICSI’s existing fee-waiver and student-outreach work.

The fresh action reported here is the calendar’s launch. The reviewed accounts did not reproduce its full contents or announce a new statutory filing obligation. References to ICSI’s other MSME and start-up initiatives were acknowledgements at the event, rather than confirmation that each initiative began that day.
